Our wildlife estate promotes off-the-grid living by providing residents with the means of making use of naturally-occurring water sources such as a perennial stream that flows from the escarpment via the St Paul’s waterfall, feeding into the on-site storage dams that have received new and improved upgrades to make it suitable for domestic use, as well as recreational fishing.
This water is made available at the entrance to all residential wildlife estate sites within St Paul’s Nature Reserve. Additionally, all residents and estate owners will be encouraged to include renewable energy resources such as solar power and grey-water systems when they build their homes within the reaches of the residential property development.
In an effort to preserve a farm feel, internal access roads will only be paved where necessary to ensure easy access for sedan vehicles. These decisions have all been made in line with our policy to create a lifestyle destination that boasts the amenities of a secure estate without detracting from the awe-inspiring setting and the native fauna that call it home.
